Our scholarly source is a book called A History of Women in America. Compared to our last scholarly source, this source was easy to understand and explained the roles of women from different ethnic groups during the 1900s. It talks about how immigrants, African American, upper and lower class women fit into the United States society. Overall, it was very interesting to read that African Americans had a higher chance, than white women, of getting a job outside the house. It didn't take us that long to find our source. We actually had to rewrite our blog post because the website somehow erased everything we wrote, which was very sad.Leave a Reply. |
